Return & Refund Policy
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it (as per EU law).
Conditions for Return:
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
How to Return:
- Contact us at support@mistora.de with your order number.
- Ship the item back to the address provided.
- Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund.
Non-returnable items: Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons).
